Terms

Oscar is provided by Rast Media GmbH as a beta product for local media workflows, creation tools, CLI automation, and agent-assisted operation.

Beta service

Oscar is still evolving. Features, pricing, limits, workflow behavior, availability, and supported surfaces may change as the product matures.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity performed through your account, including app, CLI, and agent-driven workflows.

Your media and rights

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to use, edit, process, automate, and export the media, prompts, briefs, brand materials, and other inputs you submit to Oscar.

Local processing and usage

Oscar is designed for local media processing where supported. Plan checks, entitlement leases, usage metering, checkout, and account operations may use cloud services.

Plans and billing

Paid plans may include monthly export minutes, AI Credits, batch access, concurrency limits, and support levels. Final exports and other counted actions may reduce usage allowance according to the active plan.

You can cancel subscription renewal at any time from Manage plan in your account menu. There is no cancellation fee. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and access continues through the period already paid for. Your Oscar account stays open. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund. Automation and agents

If you connect Oscar to scripts, CLI jobs, or agents, you are responsible for reviewing outputs, respecting limits, and making sure automated use follows these terms and applicable laws.

Availability and outputs

We work to keep Oscar reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, bug-free behavior, perfect media output, or suitability for every workflow, platform, compliance requirement, or delivery context.

Acceptable use

Do not use Oscar to violate rights, bypass platform rules, create unlawful content, interfere with the service, abuse usage limits, or run automation that harms Oscar or other users.
