A stronger delivery without becoming artificial

The editorial move

Oscar removes circular phrasing and makes the real contrast visible: better performance does not require a false personality.

That does not mean becoming inauthentic. You do not have to imitate someone else or act in a way that feels false. Recording yourself can help you discover a stronger version of your own delivery, one that is still recognizably yours.
